Six Solutions To Lessen Fat

 Time to time my weight becomes fatter and fatter. The problem that makes me like that is the hardest way to lessen my appetite everyday. In addition, I really love any kinds of food without any exception especially meatballs, instant noodles and pasta that actually consist with plenty of fat. And then, not enough exercise, is also one of the causes that makes me fatter than before. On the other hand, I really want to reduce my fat but it is so hard for me. Nonetheless, there are six possible planned solutions to solve my problem in this case lessening fat in my body.
The first solution that I take is lessening foods which contain lots of carbohydrates (rice, bread, porridge, etc) and fat (red meat, meatballs, etc) consumption and eat vegetables and fruits much more. This solution should I take sooner to lessen my weight first. I like vegetables and fruits so I do not have problem in trying this solution. However, there are some foods that I am really hard to avoid. One of them is a bowl of meatballs that really draws my attention out to that kind of food. Not only does the bowl of meatballs attract my attention to have it, but also kinds of noodles like ‘kwetiaw’(kind of noodles that made from rice flour, and the shape is larger than noodles in general), ‘ramen’, ‘fried noodles’, ‘mie tek-tek’(spicy boiled noodles mix up with boiled egg, vegetables, and sausages),and so on that always attract my appetite to devour them. Nevertheless, I always remind me that I do not want to be a fat girl who gets obesity in the future. Accordingly, I have to try to avoid those kinds of food.
The second, beside I have to lessen foods that contain with carbohydrates and fat, I also have to organize when I have to eat in a day. For instance, I have breakfast approximately about 9 am in the morning, have lunch approximately about 2 pm in the afternoon and no having dinner at all because my mom said that having dinner will make me fat faster. And then, base on information that I have, having dinner is the fastest way to get obesity because there is just little space time from having dinner to sleep. Consequently, the foods that have just eaten at the dinner will become fat in the body because our digestion does not have much time to digest our food to be energy.
In addition, having lots of exercise also can help me in lessening my weight. From nowadays, I try to wake up earlier than usually to do some exercises before I take a bath in the morning. I just take a simple movement like sitting up. Although it is just a simple movement, my mom said that it really works.  In spite of that, I still have not tried to walk to the campus from my boarding house yet because I think it will make my calf of leg bigger than before. Maybe it is the funniest reason, but it is the main reason why I do not want to walk in long of distance.
Alternatively, there is also other solution to reach my goal in order to get slimmer body; I have to do fasting on Monday and Thursday. Not only does it lessen fat in the body, but it also becomes blessing if I do it truthfully. Moreover, based on the information that I have, fasting also makes our body health. Furthermore, it will cure digestion problem because our eating time becomes more organized.
The next solution is drinking plenty of water in order to decrease my hunger. On the other hand I am not really sure about this way whether it is good or not. However, I think drinking plenty of water everyday is also a good way in reducing my fat. Due to that I will excrete toxic and some fat through the urine more often
Moreover, do not save lots of cash money in my wallet so that I am not going to buy any food whenever and wherever I want. It is also one of the solutions that I think it will work. Because if I save much more cash money, I always want to taste any kinds of food that I see, and I will buy them as much as I want. Consequently, I just bring money for buying lunch and paying public transportation. However, it affects to my life cost that is more economically, and I can save my money to buy another things that more important.
In conclusion, there are so many successful ways to lessen fat in the body. They are starting from lessening foods that contain carbohydrates and fat, organizing eating time so that not having much, having lots of exercises to burn fat becomes energy, doing fasting every Monday and Thursday, drinking plenty of water so that lessen the hunger, until not saving much more money in the wallet in order not to buy any foods that I want. However, they will be successful with one condition; I as the doer should have willingness from the heart and do that sincerely. Furthermore, I expect that if I do those solutions above thoroughly, I will get the slimmer body than before that I really want for along times.
