Having A Meal

When I had dinner in the five star restaurants, there were three kinds of menu that I can choose. These three kinds of menu showed the culture of foreign people when they were having a meal. Having a meal can divided into three groups: Appetizer, Main course, and Dessert.
First, appetizer is opening meal. Appetizer is usually a meal that can increase the appetite’s somebody. The meal can be grouped in appetizer are salad, soup, sushi, onion rings and other.
Second, main course is the main food that usually contains carbohydrate, so this food make people full. Bread, rice, cereal, and pasta are kinds of the main food.
The last group is dessert. Dessert is the closing food. It is usually a sweet food that can complete having meals for people. Dessert cannot make people who are having it to be full. It just makes your eating more complete. The meal that can grouped in dessert, such as ice cream. cake, and pudding.
These three kinds of foods can make your eating healthier. It because each group of the food contains the nutrition that our body need. I suggest you to having a meal start from appetizer, main course, and dessert to make your body healthy.
