Mother With Young Children Can Have A Full Time Job

 Nowadays, living cost is getting higher and higher. Consequently, there are lots family members who work in full time job, included mothers who are usually as housewife; they also have a certain job outside as women career to fulfill their family needs. However, they have children who also have to be leaded. Moreover, mother with young children having a full time job has both pros and cons.

One advantage is they can earn money much more to fulfill family needs. As long as everything getting expensive, it can help the family to accomplish everything that they need. In addition, several people also proud to have mothers who work outside as women career. They think that if they have mother who work as women career, they can buy anything that they need without begging to their father. Furthermore, mother’s time can use wisely beside do household everyday. They can develop their abilities in what sort of jobs that they like.  

However, there are also minuses for mother with young children having a full time job. One disadvantage is it can lessen mother’s time to teach or lead her children as usually mothers do. It is true that the family will get more money if the mother works, but in that case the children will not get plenty of affection from their mother. Although their needs are fulfilled, there will be discord in family life. On the other hand, there are also some that the family is still harmony with that kind of situation.

In conclusion, my opinion is that women or mothers who have young children can work and have a full time job because there is gender equality that supports women to have right in having a job today. Nonetheless, there have to be in one condition, they still have to teach, lead, and do their duties as a mother as usual so that the children will not be lack of affection from their mothers.
